I normally really enjoys going to Tillys to get cute clothing but I went to a Tilly's store at 5 p.m. on a Tuesday, and it normally closes at 7. When I got there it was all gated up and locked, I looked inside and three teenage employees where sitting behind the register chatting. I went back to my car and called this specific Tilly's store, and one of the girls answered and said they closed early because of a shortage of employees, and their manager didn't show up to work that day. I am totally fine with a store closing up shop early, but rather than the missing employees calling ahead and saying someone needs to cover for them, they don't show up and the employees already at work decide to miss out on business, and get paid to sit around for two hours. That is really bad business and shows the integrity of Tilly's employees.
My very first time ordering from Tillys and I have to say that I was somewhat worried and almost backed out after reading other reviews but now since I have ordered, I simply don't understand the reason for those bad reviews I read because I just ordered this week past and already received my order and it was only 3 days ago and my order is perfect, it was a pair of Adidas shoes and they are just as advertised and I still can't believe how fast delivery was. Never anywhere else have I received such fast delivery except for Amazon in 2 days lol but really I'm so satisfied with my experience at tillys and I would like to say that if anyone is on the fence about whether or not to order from Tillys...I say , you will not be disappointed...I mean, my first time ordering from Tillys and it's been great!

I read the reviews after I made an order, so I stressed for the 7 days until my order came. It's unfortunate the horrorible experiences people have had, maybe the company has improved because, my order was spot on. I ordered white sneakers and they were completely as the site described. I got the correct shoes, in the correct size, brand new, unbeatened boxes...I had zero issues, so I can't speak about their customer service. I will say their shipping is slow compared to other companies I order shoes from but the site said 3-8 business days and I received mine technically in 5 business days (8 days after I ordered them, I ordered them on a Friday, got them the next Saturday).

I have been to numerous stores they have a wonderful verity of cloths for everyone to enjoy whether you like snowboarding, skateboarding, or surfboarding. At if you don't do any of those that's OK too. They have all the latest trends and brands with jewelry, stickers, shoes, backpacks and so much more go online for online exclusives to I will definitely be a customer for this store.

I've been shopping with tillys for a couple years now. I mostly use their website. Its easy to find your size with their size charts
Every other review I’ve read says negative things about Tillys, but personally, it worked out great for me. I ordered a pair of Vans, and they shipped super quickly. When I opened them, I realized I ordered the wrong size (it wasn’t their mistake; it was mine). So I called them to ask about returns and the customer service was actually really great. I was able to return it super easily and everything worked fine.
I ordered a crop-top from Tilly's (by IVY & Main) and it came in good time and I was very impressed with the color and quality, it fit me perfectly. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be wearing it this summer!

I've had great luck with Tillys. I've only ordered online, never been to one of their brick and mortar locations. I've found great prices on some Vans and some hoodies. If this had a half star option I'd give em 4.5 only because the filter options, and just some general slowness, on the website is lame. I write this mainly out of surprise at the low rating. I was looking online to see if it was a company I could buy stock in lmao

NO! I can't speak for the swimming suits, but I purchased a pair of shoes that turned yellow from some cheap glue or chemical used to make the shoes and they would not refund my money. Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
